Lavender Fields

Lavender Fields

10th June 2021

Last week I shared my painting of a Swan, as an example that it is never too late to try something if you have the courage to give it a go.

In a conversation today, I was reminded how vulnerability and being prepared to be vulnerable is actually a GOOD thing, as it helps you release trapped negative emotions and can be cathartic and healing in itself, as well as empowering you to be yourself.

This week, I’m allowing myself to be vulnerable again and posting this painting… for those of you who are struggling to be vulnerable.

With love xx ❤️

(And thank you Jenn Cosins for the conversation 😊)
