By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with all of our Terms of Service. When you purchase any programme, product or service from us, you do so subject to the terms on this page. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms of Service may vary from time to time. You accept that you are bound by the terms current at the time of your purchase.

1. Changes To Terms Of Service

You can review the most current version of these Terms of Service at any time on this page.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal and regulatory requirements. Any updated Terms will apply to your future use of the website and to purchases made after the updated Terms take effect.

Where you have already purchased a product, programme or service, the terms that applied at the time of your purchase will continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is otherwise agreed with you.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, share, sell, modify or otherwise create derivative works from any content or materials without our prior written consent. To request permission, contact support@jezhunt.com.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use content or materials purchased from us solely for the personal purposes for which they were provided. This licence does not permit you to share, distribute or make available any content to third parties.

5. Information You Submit

You warrant that any information you submit to us is owned by you and that you have the authority to submit it. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any third party's intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. We also reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement in any investigation or court proceedings as required.

6. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

^

7. Fees

Current fees for products, programmes and services are displayed on each individual offer page and/or at checkout.

We reserve the right to change fees but will always honour the agreed amount for the agreed period of any programme or service already in progress. If you continue to work with us after completing an initial package, there is no guarantee that rates will remain the same.

Results disclaimer: Any results referenced in our marketing may vary. We make no representations as to the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or health benefits, future income or potential outcomes that may result from your participation in any programme, product or service. Results differ for each individual. You agree that your results are your own and we are not liable for them.

8. Digital Products - Refund And Cancellation

Due to the nature of the digital products we sell, including guides, audio meditations, workbooks and self-guided programmes, all of which involve immediate access to digital content, all payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

By purchasing a digital product from Jez Hunt Coaching, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once that access is provided.

Where a product also includes live coaching, group support or another service that you expressly request to begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, you may still exercise your right to cancel during that period, but we reserve the right to charge a proportionate amount for any services provided up to the point of cancellation.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to a refund where a product or service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, is materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer protection legislation.

^

9. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan has been agreed for any product, programme or service, you are responsible for ensuring the agreed funds are available on the agreed payment dates. A payment plan is a method of paying the agreed purchase price and does not, unless expressly stated otherwise, operate as a subscription that can be cancelled simply by stopping future payments.

If you fail to make an agreed payment, we may suspend access to the relevant materials, programme, service, group or community while the payment remains outstanding.

Where you remain liable for outstanding payments under the agreement, those payments will remain due. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you may have, or any other rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

^

10. Subscriptions And Group Programmes

Where a product or programme is offered on a subscription or recurring payment basis, the following applies.

Subscription fees, billing frequency and payment options will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. By completing checkout, you confirm you have selected your preferred option and accept responsibility for that selection.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription using the cancellation process provided. If you cancel before the next renewal date, no further charges will apply. If cancellation occurs after a renewal date, you remain liable for the applicable fee for the remainder of that billing period.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, change of mind, lack of participation or failure to cancel before renewal.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial subscription purchase. Where your subscription includes digital content that is made available immediately, and you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right at checkout, your right to cancel that digital content ends once access is provided.

Where a subscription includes services that you expressly request to begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, and you subsequently exercise your right to cancel, we reserve the right to charge a proportionate amount for any services provided up to the point of cancellation.

11. Coaching And Mentoring Services

Cooling-off period for 1:1 coaching: Where a programme includes a 1:1 coaching element, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cooling-off period begins on the date the contract is entered into.

Where you expressly request that 1:1 coaching sessions commence within the 14-day cooling-off period and subsequently exercise your right to cancel, Jez Hunt Coaching reserves the right to charge for any sessions delivered during that period on a proportionate basis.

Confidentiality: In our work together, you may share goals, future plans, personal and other private information. We treat information shared during coaching as confidential, subject to the exceptions set out in your Coaching Agreement. We will not disclose that you are in a coaching relationship without your permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Methods: You acknowledge that coaching sessions may be personally and emotionally challenging, and that on occasions you may feel frustration, discomfort or distress. You are responsible for deciding whether you are in an appropriate mental, emotional and physical condition to participate in each session, and for communicating any concerns that may affect your participation. You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of our coaching work. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsibility for outcomes: We make no representation or warranty that any coaching method or session will work for your particular circumstances. If, in our professional opinion, coaching is not a suitable intervention for your situation, we will advise you. You will not hold us responsible for the failure, in whole or part, to achieve any of your goals.

Session suspension: If you are unable to attend or use scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions for any reason, you may request a suspension of remaining sessions for up to four weeks, subject to approval. Payment obligations continue during any suspension period unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you choose not to resume or complete remaining sessions following the suspension period, those sessions are forfeited. No refunds will be provided and any outstanding payments remain due.

13. Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your participation in any programme, product or service, except where such loss results from our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill or otherwise arises from a breach of your statutory rights.

Where it is lawful and fair to do so, our total liability in connection with the relevant programme, product or service will be limited to the total amount paid by you for that programme, product or service.

We will not be responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of those circumstances where appropriate.
