Feeling Zen

Feeling Zen

13th January 2022

This week I wanted to do something simple, colourful and relaxing and something which has meaning to me.

Tuning into my heart centre and going with my intuition led to this piece… “Feeling Zen”

Sometimes the simplest things can be the most powerful.

We have a tendency to overcomplicate things when we don’t need to, and that in turn can cause more problems than are necessary.

We can all take time to look at aspects of our life, and how we can simplify them.

It might just be about cutting back on social engagements and putting other people first, well actually focusing on and making time for you.

Sometimes, things just need to be like this post… Simple.

‘Nuff Said.

With love xx
